this number keeps calling saying they have a claim from a local merchant based on a driver license number, but they never name the merchant, or state the DL number, only our name....so....my guess is it is a phone phisher looking for enough info (like verify DL) so they can manipulate an identity theft. If it were a real merchant, they would have stated their name and the incident they were reporting

I got the same msg about a return item from a local merchant. I should call if I want to dispute it. First of all I am not calling them to verify or give them any of my info. This is a scam
Ths number - 321-600-0066 called my cell phone multiple times in the same day. When I was available to answer I did so and a recording said that Ronnie Dunk had better go find himself a lawyer. I'm not Ronnie Dunk, don't even know of a Ronnie Dunk. I don't like receiving such calls on my cell phone which I'm very protective of and to be treated in such a harsh way by the person picking up on my answered call uncalled for.
Ronnie Dunk, whoever he is, should get a lawyer not to protect himself, but to sue these people for allowing his name to be slandered.
the company is debt solutions services they are nothing but crooks and scammers. they are trying to take a old but paid payday loan that my wife had and change the dates so they can collect on it. they are also trying to say that the statute of limitations doesn't apply because the loan was taken out on the internet. they will use any lie they can think up to try and collect on anything that they can make up.
They call asking for my husband and I ask who they were and he told me and told me that we took a payday loan out in 2010 and he didnt even have the right address and thing mixed up but the right info. What is sad is we didnt and I told them that and they said that the lawyer will have my husband charged for something criminal but I told him to send me what he has and he refused and say that I dont have time and i told him I cant deal with this right now so send me your info and i'll call you tomorrow. Came home and checked my email nothing. Then I read the law and the cant do anything but civil court and thats to much for them do. Please read the law before making a decision.
