One of many calls to my landline and cell phone in recent months for the free FPL energy use evaluation. I pressed '1' and Emily from USA Utility Experts went into her speil about energy saving. When I asked to have my number removed from their list, she hung up. These calls happen several times a week, originating from different numbers, spouting the same recorded message, none of which can be reached. I have reported some calls to FL Dept. of AG. Somebody do something about these calls!!!
