Who called from 3216138639

I have been getting at least 10 phone calls a day for the last month,  when I answer it immediately disconnects.

I finally answered and it is a company, asking if I am looking for a way to work from home, selling visa cards.

I've been getting phone calls from FL, USA #321-613-8639 for a couple weeks now. Today I got calls @ 11:38A, 3:26P, 4:36P, 6:18P & 7:06P. I have tried in the past to answer them and tell whoever this might be to quit calling, but if I do then it hangs up...does anyone know what's happening?!
