Missed call on my cell phone and didn't leave a voice mail.  I don't know anyone in that area code.

Pre recorded telemarketing call.  When you call the number back, a recording informs you that you have called an incorrect number.

Missed the call, but when I tried to call back, recording said that my phone plan didn't authorize me to make this call...Weird,,so I sent that number a text message complaining about how they got my number and they can call me, ,but I'm not authorized to call them. .I told them to remove my name and number off their list, ,NOW..

9 AM  missed call .. quite on voicemail.
I know probably telemarketing..i don't  know any one in that area code.
