It's a recorded message from "Rachel from credit card services claiming she can lower my rates". Apparently it doesn't matter to them that I don't have a credit card......another overseas masked number to add to my blocked list. Don't waste your time trying to get your number removed or the don't call list as ot doesn't matter to them. US law doesn't apply to them.
Credit company for a card I don't own. I asked them to put my name on do not call list. Nasty lady told me no! I asked her what do you mean no? She said what part of no don't you understand and hung up.
