Called at 8:11am, but left in message.

Called at 8:30 AM, call identified from Orlando. Person had Indian-like accent, I could not understand a word he said. He identified his name, I could not understand it, no company. I told him he had no right to call this early and not to call again. I thought the call was a call I was waiting for. My error....the number is blocked.

Could not understand a word she said. Called back, and the recording said it was Southwest Credit.
