same deal, call - no message

They called and then phone goes dead

Left no message, now blocked.

this call came in three times in a row i could not get to phone to answer...then when i called it back the message for this was "the number you have reached is not in service, please check the number and dial again"  I was hitting redial from my call log so it was the number that called me...now i am blocking this.

Rings twice and no caller.  Have had several calls from them over a period of months.  Nuisance.
