Called me 8 times on the 2nd of November.  Called me 8 times again on the 3rd of November.  Left probably 3 voicemessages containing nothing but the sound of someone typing on a keyboard.  Called back and they said they're with Safeguard Casualty insurance.  They did say they're a car insurance company calling back about a quote I requested.  I did sign up on a site that checks multiple companies.  However, all the other companies that called me at least left a voice message saying who they were and why they were calling.  Safeguard never identified themselves.
