Message left..but was automated voice so by the time the voicemail recorded, the only thing recorded was "further notices" then silence for 5 seconds after.
Caller tries to scam credit card numbers. They argue that they are not required to check Do Not Call list. This is third call this week. Supposedly the FTC closed down this scam in 2012, but they are harrassing people again.
