FOUND. Did a bit of digging, this is what I came up with. And yup, I'm posting this on every number I found on 800notes.com, plus a few other sites. Feel free to copy/paste this post in its entirety and spread the word. These people need to STOP!
1. The company appears to be GOGREEN MARKETING SOLUTIONS INC, run by Richard M Woodall. Previously known as GO GREEN MARKETING LLC.

The number changes all the time, they apparently use prepaid cell phones, so you can't block them the Fla Dept of Ag said all I can do is report it but will be very hard for them to do anything since they are using the prepaid or disposable cell phones... Even if you press 1 and tell them to remove you they just get rude and continue to call.. pressing 2 to be removed does absolutely nothing!!!!

I have received at least 10 such calls on EACH of three numbers I have DNC-listed. The calls come from a different number each time. Henceforth I will file a complaint EVERY TIME I get a call. This HAS to STOP!
