Another scammer. Caller ID said CCAFS (Cape Canaveral Air Force Station). Some young woman, knew me by name, started telling me about an increase in my power bill and she could help reduce it by up to 30%. She was obviously reading a script. I cut her off asking "You know your not supposed to be calling here, why would you be calling me if you know I'm on the DNC list?" She stammered a little and I said "You know I'm going to report you" and she hung up.
