recieved a call multiple times, saying she has a private investor looking in my area, but yet she wanted to know the same info I have posted on craigslist. Every time I would call the number back they wouldn't pick up. Def. fishy buisness there!
You guys are a bunch of idiots. I got a call from them. Looked them up, saw their website. They made a cash offer on my home. A little too low for me, but hey, when I only got 3 calls total and they made a cash offer within 2 weeks of viewing the home, it gave me some hope. You guys lost out on a potential sale of your house because they called and asked about it or didn't return your call fast enough. I forwarded this website address to them with the suggestion that they don't deal with a single one of you. Get a life and stop posting crap about people you have no clue about!!! Do you want people to do that to you??
I got the call too. they wanted to do an owner finance type option of 1 year and pay full asking price in the process. waiting to hear back from them on my reply.
