WE SIGNED A CONRACT AND RECIEVED OUR FIRST PAYMENT AS SCHEDULED, NOW THE SECOND MONTHS RENT IS 25 DAYS LATE. WE HAVE E-MAILED SEVERAL TIMES, AND CALLED. we got one e-mail on the 21st that stated "this is justification that your check has been mailed, thanks". I'M SORRY BUT THIS DOES NOT PAY THE BILL OR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. WE HAVE NO CHECK, BUT WE HAVE A STRANGER IN OUR HOUSE!! WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM DUN AND KING OURSELVES.
Gail - good luck. You are going to need it dealing with Dun and King. They will not answer their phone or respond to emails and I'm sorry to say, you will probably not get your money from them. You might consider contacting the local police and District Attorney.
I assume there is not a "Joe", I think this was actually written by Neleha Dun.
But, if there really is a Joe out there, why are you taking so this personally when I have the problem with Dun and King and not you. Do you have a business relationship with Dun and King? Do you have a personal relationship with Neleha Dun?
Why are you questioning my veracity and honesty when you do not have a clue as to what the problem is with Dun and King and myself?
I am sure all the interested readers, especially Ms. Gail, would like to know your reasons for taking this so personally and screaming and squalling like a little baby on here when this is really none of your damned business.
