Company is calling me several times per week with a recorded message telling me it can help get money from the federal government for home energy improvements. The message tells you to push 1 for a representative or push 2 to remove yourself from their calling list (which doesn't work). This company is violating the do not call list repeatedly. I'm keeping a log of the times they call. Apparently, if you sue you can get up to $1500 for each time they call if you're on the DNC list.
Received this call from a cell phone in Florida. That same old power effeciency scam call. Have received calls from this company at least 3 times on different numbers.
I see from my caller ID at work that I received a call from this number Tuesday 3/22/2011 at 8:15pm. No voicemail was left. I have gotten calls from the power efficiency telemarketers on this phone number before and have asked them to put me on their "do no call" list. Apparently they lost the list.
