Called about dinnertime, Caller ID said "Florida". These posts indicate it is a telemarketer. Blocked the call so it cannot ring my phone again - using Digitone DCB10 Call Blocker device, which is great.
Got a call from this number tonight - didn't answer. No message. I don't understand what they hope to accomplish - everyone hates them. I see where the government has conducted a contest for anyone inventing something to block robocalls. Two people won the prize. They're hoping some company will act on these inventions and offer a service that prevents these calls. We can only hope !
I think you actually meant to say to remember to block your number first by pressing *67, because pressing *82 actually unblocks a number and allows it to show on a caller ID.
