It's the timeshares from Florida striking again. I was contacted by Westgate Properties numerous times a few years ago, but the other day I found where the FTC fined them. Maybe they're back in business, or maybe this is a new group. Don't answer. By the way, I asked the FTC if consumers ever got any judgements, I got a form-type email back that more-or-less said it was possible, however it's up to the judge. Many times there's a settlement or violators claim bankruptcy or even flee the country. This whole DNC list is useless.

They just called me, I didn't answer, I Googled them instead, glad I did. They left voicemail, I didn't listen I just deleted it, added them as a contact so I could give them a silent ringtone. I put my number on the DNC list the day I got my cell phone, and it's been totally useless.
