calling everyday on all phones claiming fpl affiliation..how do i get them to stop calling

I received the call on my cell phone today (04/01/2011) for a free home energy analysis.  Said it was "fully paid for and that they were referred by a friend.  Please call (800) 837-1239 to confirm your appointment".  I have my number listed on the Do Not Call list.
