Who called from 3231556183

I just got a call. Caller ID: Name Not Found. So most likely a telemarketer.

Same story, 4/1/3/16, 1:50 Pacific time.  "NAME NOT FOUND"  No message left on machine.  1000 to 1 it's a telemarketer.

Take note that NO prefix ever starts with a 1 as in 155 in this case.  That instantly tells you that the call is an illegal scam, period.
