Indian guy called claiming to be a Microsoft Tech support guy. Said my computer was flagged to have multiple viruses. He very aggressively and with great urgency for me to turn on my computer immediately. Clearly, I was skeptical and asked for his name, employee ID, and his call back number. "Rick Watson" dodged the last two questions like the plague and kept asking for me to turn on my computer. I gave him a 10 second countdown to give me his call back number. He didn't. I hung up. He called back. I told him he was a com artist and if he ever effing called my number again, I'd hunt him down and effing kill him. I hung up. He didn't call back.

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!
