Who called from 3232017000

received text saying my southern commerce bank card had been deactivated.  I do not have a card with them and when I called the number received a machine asking me to input my card number

Got a call from this number about a card I don't own being deactivated can you say SCAM I activate and send it out I will max that bad boy out for Ya it a scam !!!!!

The number traces back to a LANDLINE owned and operated by U.S. TELEPACIFIC CORP., of MONTEBELLO, California.
