I got Mary's same story. Did not respond. However, I looked up the 323 number on reverse white pages and they said " (323) 202-2310
is a VoIP number with an area code in CA -- Los Angeles. It appears to be a valid number with low chance it is spam." I left a message on the http://www.whitepages.com website. On the page that appears when you look up a number there is a button to click where you can report what you know about it. Maybe if a few more folks who have been contacted by Mary leave a comment on the white pages web site it might help some other folks who are not aware of 800 Notes.
I too received a phone message from a Mary Levine from an (855) 793-3601. There was an offer to reduce my mortgage payments and to call her back at the 323 number. Her voice inflection made it sound like she knew me, or we had spoken before. Very fishy. Has anyone tried calling the 323 number out of curiosity?
Mary Levine called "Following up on your home loan". Never talked to her. Never heard of her. But she said there were recent premium reductions and she could lower my mortgage payments. Scam, Scam. Called from 855-793-3601.
