Calls and never leaves voice mail.

Called, no one on the line and no voice message.

Caller ID says it's a Los Angeles number, but they called me before 7 am, and I live in the same timezone.

called me No voice message , I accidently called it back while trying to block it ??   and now I am getting all kinds of calls from all over so note:  do not answer just block
