These people called my elderly parents who live in another state. I don't know how they got my parents' info. I never gave Chase their info. Does anyone know what exactly that fine is about that they owe?
Got a call at my business from a very aggressive woman asking for personal information but who refused to identify herself or state the reason for her call. She mistated the name of my business and sounded like she wanted to fight. I never give personal information over the phone, period. I always make them tell me why they are calling and who they are with. She refused to do so. By the way, I see a note below that indicates this call may be from Belgium. The woman who called me sounded nasally and sharply American.
