called it was ARS... collection for me it was for a capital one card.

ARS and MRS are both collection agencies

its from a debt collection agency, they answer back as customer service when you call them back.. for me its from a capital one card thats been in collection for about 5 yrs

2 more years, and they will not have the right to contact you. I believe that debts beyond 7 yrs are no longer valid! I could be wrong but there was some stuff on my CR from many years back and now they are gone!

Got a call- said they were from a home security company I've never heard of.  We have a brand new landline. Only family has the number.
