called multiple times. No message. unable to call them-busy signal is all I get!

called at 1:30 CST.  I did not answer. They did not leave a message, I will block.

Got the call 11/27/13 a machine letting me know I was the lucky winner of a cruse, so I hung up and blocked the number.

What is really stupid is that this is such a problem now that no one can answer their phone anymore!

Number calls, hangs up and leaves no message.  When you call back, it goes right to a voicemail box that's full.
