Recived a call from this number.  Not home at the time but no msg was left.  Don't know anyone in Los Angeles.  Scam>

had missed call on home phone today 2/28/14 at 12:45 PM - no message.

Called me this afternoon. No message, and when I try to call back it says the voicemail is not set up.

I'm on the toothless do-not-call list too...this is just phone terrorism... I get several a day from different numbers, they never leave a message and if you pick it up... silence.. They are ringing our phones all day to drive us all crazy...
