These jerkoffs always call 5 times in a row if you don't answer always followed by an email. I've had this happen on 4 occasions. The 3rd time it happened I responded to the email that I didn't appreciate the multiple calls in a row, 1 is sufficient.
I was nice and polite in the email and got a really nasty response that I was a deadbeat and it wasn't them, it was probably debt collectors and I should pay my bills.
Seriously? WTF.
I've had two interactions with their customer service where they are real jerks.
