Time Warner has a feature on their phone service that automatically forwards "robo" calls to a message that says you are not accepting calls. This number rang once and was forwarded by the service. So must be a robo call.
I blocked these guys a year ago and they call at least 5 times a week- but of course are blocked but the call still logs into my message system.
you would think my number would drop off their call list after a while.
Defiantly block them
