These callers are not based out of LA, They are likely calling from India, The main Hub transferring the calls is a company out of California GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES, INC.-CA.
The people calling you are poorly paid and trained cheap labor, They probably have no idea what company they are even calling for so they cant even answer your questions. More over, you probably cannot even contact them back as the call needs to be transferred through this hub and back to India. Best bet is to just block them

I have gotten calls from this number two and three times a day for weeks. It's something about diabetes and they want to send me free testing strips. I have asked over and over to stop calling me, remove my name from their list and they keep calling.
I'm on a do not call registry, but that doesn't seem to help.
I receive daily phone calls from this diabetic supply company. I have been asked to be taken off of their call list. I have also asked to speak to a supervisor. I finally asked the caller how to be taken off of their call list, because I already have a supplier. Each time they end up hanging up on me. How can I get them to stop calling me?
