Got the call didn't answer.  NML - Called the number back - recording stated that "all representatives are busy, someone will be with you shortly."
The phone line went dead after about 30 seconds.

BLOCKED AGAIN - BLOCKED FOREVER!

Our phone does not ring when a blocked call comes in.
