Anytime you see "XXXXXXXXXX, CA" (or any other state for that matter) you know darn well it's a scam caller. Do not waste your time. This is about the 4th call I've gotten with X's for the city in a different state. These scammers are able to manipulate Caller ID to read just about anything. It doesn't help to report them because the numbers are made up. If you can, just block the number from calling you again. I just pick up the receiver and hang up. Then the number gets blocked. I'm still sick and tired of the calls...but there's really nothing else we can do.
