Update: Try calling the number back (if you have number block on your phone) -- this number comes back with a recorded message stating it's no longer good - that's a sign of a telemarketer phone line. Remember, even though you get a message stating that the number isn't good, really what the telemarketer does is instead of recording an message for callers (like you do when you can't answer) - they recorded the automated message by Verizon or another carrier stating the phone line is no longer good. So, you think it's a bad number, where the Telemarketer has actually set that recording for incoming calls. They use that phone line for outgoing calls. Just FYI...callback, if the number doesn't connect to a real person or business it's a Telemarketer line.
