I received four calls from this number, just between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. today, and I expect many more, as I am on the East Coast and the caller's number is in California, which means it can call me up to 9 p.m. Eastern without violating the law. I have received multiple calls from this number on previous occasions, as well, usually asking about diabetes or back pain. I could be wrong, but I believe that this is the old Indian scammer group, up to some new tricks.
Received call from "john" with garbled. Heavily accented. Asked about getting a loan. Repeated it twice which I responded I didn't want a loan. "ok." hung up. Montebello, California
they have called 5 times today alone. I answered the phone hello los angeles ca. they do not say anything at all. I have told them repeatedly today to stop calling. aggravating calls.
These people keep calling me from several different numbers asking if I want a loan. I have told them several times now dn to not call me to no avail. BEWARE.
Spoke very poor English. Wouldn't give the name of the company they were calling from. Asked about pain from medical conditions. Pretty sure they weren't legit.
