323-230-4474 called Apr 29, 2014 at 2:13 pm. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA, which is usually SPAM, and evidence that caller is concealing proper caller ID. Thanks to 800note participants, we learn this is a credit card lower rate call. Caller is now BLOCKED.
