Called asking for "John". I'm a woman. They asked for John again, and I said "who's John". Then they asked for "the lady or man of the house". I asked caller "who they're calling for" and they hung up.
called, asked for Linda, I said wrong number. They then wanted me to donate money to veterans. I said yes, and asked for web site. I could not locate web site so I researched this number and found all these things written so it looks like a scam?
I am ill with respiratory issue...very hoarse...expecting another call, I answered with a very "deep" hello. Immediate hang up. Noted unfamiliar #, which I normally don't answer. Probably a solicitor or scam.
