I actually received this as a text message on June 24th. This is what the text said:
Need cash now? Receive $100-$1500 direct to YOUR bank in 1hr! No credit check. Get instant approval at www.24hrpaysite.com
It also gave me the option to opt out by replying "stop", which I did. To me this just seems like a phishing scam in an attempt to get your bank account info.
My cell phone is on the Do Not Call Registry...but, I'm not sure if text messages count as a violation or not, but, I'll be reporting it none the less.
