Calling multiple times per hour.  Hangs up on VM.  If you call back it's a survey line.  Make it stop!

Numerous calls from this number, never leaves a message. Also, calls from:

323-238-3451 , 323-238-3099 , 323-238-3454

I called back, and heard message about "Participating in a conversation", and select 2 to be removed from calling list. Doing this seemed to increase the frequency of these annoying calls.

Calls voicemail, listens and hang up. [***]!

They just called and didn't say anything.

I do not know what country these "LOCAL CALL" idiots are from, but they do not understand the concept of the USA area code. I have received 5 phone calls since 9/29/14 with the caller id "LOCAL CALL" OR "LOCAL CALL AREA". These #'s (so far) are: 415-363-9736, 323-238-3099, 818-824-6346, and 323-238-3063.
