left no message. caller ID is blank. so most likely a telemarketer.

caller shows up as "Out of area"  1-323-238-8319  no message must be scammer

Telemarketer.  Several call attempts have shown up on my caller id for 1-323-238-8319 "California call" over the last few weeks.  When I picked up today, the person was calling from THE HOME CENTER.  He said they do remodeling and construction work.   Caller was very polite, but I declined to use their services.
