Received the You're a Winner message on my cell phone. Said to go to targetswinner.com and enter 4787. I don't have a data package, so each of these unwanted texts costs me money. I got another similar message from 909-677-3440 that gold me to go to targetwinner.com and enter 22783. I did not do what they said. Hope no one else did. Very annoying.
Received a TEXT MSG stating that:

FREE $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours"
How are they getting my # when I am on the FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST...
as well as PAY for an UNPUBLISHED number?
