harassing phone calls

Left voice mail that I may qualify for a business loan.

Robo called [illegal in California] regarding business loan.

I'm on the DNC list and this number is now on my blocked caller list.

It's a voicemail message, exact same message (even same person) from phone number 702.829.1279 saying eligible for a business loan.  They do not ever say the name of the company.

Answered the call.....was automated, said I had a debt that  didn't clear through the bank and I needed to talk to a representative by pressing 1. I pressed 1, it hung up.
