I've been getting calls from them intermittently over the past few years. Pressing 9 to "be removed from the call list" doesn't help, of course.
Pressing 1 to speak with a human being and confronting them = them hanging up. Today I confirmed the company name is Xoka. When I asked for the spelling, they hung up. I was also told that they are a "certified Google partner". Called back, reached the Pinger notification.
So... I called the HB police department! The physical address is of course incorrect (that whole building has been torn down). Therefore, you can file a call harassment complaint in any police department.

Our office has been receiving on the average of 4 calls per week from this number. It's a Robo call from a company in California called "Pinger.com". Very disruptive to our office, we have requested twice to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list.
