THEY SEND YOU A BOGUS PROGRAM- AFTER IT IS DOWNLOADED LOOKS REAL ONCE YOU TRY IT- HAS A BLANK SCREEN- WHEN YOU CALL THIS NUMBER THERE IS NEVER AN ANSWER THEY CHARGE YOU IMMEDIATELY! A SCAM .I AM REPORTING IT, SEEING AS I HAVE EVIDENCE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT OF THEIR ACTION

Did you download from the real site? Because I have had System mechanic before and never had a problem. So it might have been a bad download, or you received a bogus program from a spoofed site. Yes most companies charge the card as soon as you buy something so this is not unusual. Perhaps you should have attempted to rectify the problem. Being scammed from a bogus company is not the same as having a problem with something you purchased and not trying to solve the problem before spouting off about it.
