Who called from 3232586690

Silence at the other end.....then when I say "who is this?" they hang up. Tried calling this number back too , but it said "it's disconnected or no longer in service." What A-holes. Getting really tired and fed up getting these calls.
What happened to "I'm on the Do-Not-Call List" ???????  I guess that service is for the birds....otherwise we wouldn't get these annoying calls.

Needless to say we remodeled the house a few years ago and this call was no longer relevant.
