Cold calls daily re:shipping services. Today wanted shipping manager paged due to "problems with UPS" (actually, just left the guy on hold for several minutes while did other things). Why on earth would we deal with another shipping company if we had "problems with UPS", and not contact our UPS rep? Unishippers is a franchise owned FREIGHT BROKER, not a direct freight carrier. Big difference. A Google search shows dozens and dozens of complaints. Keep calling-you will not get past the BS detectors on our receptionists and get sent to VM oblivion!!!!!
