Ginn Ruth, 323-263-1184 called and when I picked up and said hello she hung up immediately. I call back, it rang forever without voicemail in place.

I too just got a call from this number, no message left.

Got a call from GINN RUTH; hung up on answering machine. We now screen all unknown calls via the answering machine because so many are unsolicited nuisance calls. We also report repeat offenders to the online National Do Not Call Registry. Then we use call blocking to eliminate recalls.

Called me @ 1pm 4/30/2013.  Didn't recognize name or number, didn't answer, no message left.  CallerID said GINN RUTH
