We have been receiving calls periodicalliy over the past few months from the number 3232742726. The calls have been from first a man and then a woman claming that this is an attorney's office. The attorney they are claiming they represent is Joseph Sanchez. I see on the Internet that other people are being scammed as well. They ask for credit card information and claim that if we give them $1,300 to settle the debt that they won't take us to court. We never subscribed nor do we receive magazines. These people need to be stopped.
This caller claimed to be filing a case against against my uncle. He listed his name as Joseph Sanchez. I told him it was illegal to call relatives for any type of collection activity. Watch out!!!!
States he works in a law office trying to collect a debt so my husband doesn't get served papers for legal action! Lies and a scammer, he will intimidate you, lie, talk over you, and won't provide and documentation supporting any claims. Check with your local courts before even talking to this fool!
Joseph Sanchez called me while I was in the hospital with 10 month old baby. He was looking to collect a debt from a family member of mine. He threatened if this family member didn't call him he would send documents to my home. He was rude and abrasive. He told me I watch too much tv. He also said that I should stop trying to find out info from him and have my family member call him so I cam pay attention to my baby and not waste time. Very upsetting!!!
