Call from this number. No message was left.

Received a call but no one on other end.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone.  No message was left.  I returned the call on a landline and received a message regarding "Opt Out Option" that is required by the Federal Gov't.  It will take between 24-72 hours to have my number removed from their system.  (REALLY, how long did it take to add my number to their system?)

there is not company ID on the return call.................Just the Opt Out Option....................What are they hiding and why is this allowed?
