Who called from 3232825901

Received a phone call about a week ago from a guy named Charles Lawson claiming to be a debt collector from LDA saying I owed on a payday loan from Bayside and I need to set up a payment right now. I explained to him that I don't have a payday loan or have ever had one. How could this be. I said it has to be a fraudulent charge and please give me the information so I can file on it. He said he would email me as he already had my email address and all my other information as well. I was at work when he got ahold of me. Crazy enough he had all that info too. So I told him I would look over what he was emailing to try and figure out what was going on. There was absolutely no information other that for me to sign for payment arrangements. So I figured this was a scam. I ignored the calls but then he started calling my work even called my corporate office and said he was a customer that I was refusing to call him back and got me in trouble. This guy is outta control and needs to be stopped. So if anyone gets this call tell him to "F" off!!!!!!

You have no debt with these people, but do you have a real (brick and mortar) address for them? If the address is real, and not an empty lot, what they're doing is illegal. If the collection company is real, and not scammers from Asia, a simple cease & desist letter, with proof of delivery will get rid of them. Please remember an email is not a legal form, it has to be in writing, by US Mail.

Just got a voice mail from this number. They're looking for my mom apparently who is 85 years old and has nothing never had a loan or anything.. she just had cancer surgery and I don't know what these people want but if they want to serve her  go ahead. Its a scam to scare people.. they are evil people just trying to scam people out of money.. I dare you to come to my house... I have police officer friends and they will be right here with me to answer the door!
