Who called from 3232825985

They asked for "John" the name of my father whom the number used to be registered to. He's been dead for 7 years. Recorded voice said, "okay, no message " when I replied no to him being home. They might be phishing for a "yes" response. Busy signal when I called back.

They called my DNC-listed cell phone at 9:31 am May 3.  I didn't recognize the number and not answer.  They left no message.

Answered and no one was on the other end. Since it's been reported here, BLOCKED.

I missed the call at 6:53 pm. No message left.
