He knew my name. He said he was from a police department (I forget which one) and ask for money to train police men. I hung up on him. This is the second time I got a call from this number. I did call back but the call would not go through. I will bock this number.
If you don't know this number, don't call it back. The number stands a good chance at being a dud to keep the caller's whereabouts unknown, or you'll bother someone innocent. You may also pay a nasty price for the call while inviting others to bother you.
